The Malta Data Centre, located within the Enemalta tunnels, was delivered as a high-reliability, Tier III–compliant facility to support growing demand for secure and scalable data infrastructure across the region. Gloster was appointed to carry out the complete M&E design and installation within an accelerated 8-week programme.

The scope included power upgrades, mechanical systems, and UPS redundancy to ensure the site’s continued operation during works. With a modular approach and focused execution, the project met all performance and uptime requirements while laying the groundwork for future scalability. The facility is now recognised as a benchmark in rapid deployment and resilient delivery across constrained, mission-critical environments.
